Project Board

The Board will provide overarching project direction and take full responsibility for project delivery. The Board will also provide final signoffs, strategic decisions, monitoring and control, as well as a final point of escalation. Membership includes:

– CIO

– Director of Marketing

– M&C Web & Digital Manager

– M&C Project Manager

– CIS Web Team Lead

– CIS Operations Manager

Operational Board

The Operations Board will provide day-to-day management and support the implementation and operational aspects of the project, whilst reporting to the Project Board. Membership includes:

– M&C Web & Digital Manager

– M&C Project Manager

– CIS Web Team Lead

– CMS Vendor Project Manager

– Implementation Partner Project Manager

– Web Design Partner Project Manager

Advisory Group

Members of the Advisory Group will act as responsible representatives of their department and disseminate information from the working group to colleagues. The group aims to:– provide a means to sense-check decisions with key stakeholders as the project progresses

– provide advice, support, input, feedback and assistance throughout the project lifecycle
